Sunday Adult Classes in May!
The Screwtape Letters by C.S.Lewis – May 13 & 20th 9:30–10:30 a.m. A book study that will examine several chapters of this classic writing that addresses temptation/sin and a Christian’s practical resistance to it. Sundays April 8th – May 20th. Led by Brant Haenel. “The Gospel of John” will continue led by Pastor Pat through the end of May.
New Weekly Classes:
Tuesday evening women’s Bible class will start up again April 24 with “Breathe,” a fiveweek study by Priscilla Schirer. One of the greatest challenges among women in our culture is taking time to stop and cease from all the activities and busyness and just breathe. It is time for us to breathe and build margin into our lives for God. Led by BettiJo Norman.
Wednesdays Men’s morning Bible Class 6:30–8:00 a.m. The study is on I Corinthians with the challenge by Apostle Paul to live the Christian life. The class meets each week with continental breakfast, and a team-led Bible study. Flexible for men who need to leave earlier than 8:00 for work. Led by Ted Hinck and Mark McLain.
Wednesday HUB nights include Soul Supper served from 5:30-6:10pm New Member Class is May 9, 16 & 23, 6:30–7:45 p.m. led by Pastor Pat & Jim Anderson. Learn what St. Michael’s is about, Christian truths we believe, etc. No obligation to join. Thursdays Thursday Life Light class will start a video series, “The Holy Land Revealed,” on April 26 9:30–11:00 a.m. The congregation is invited to attend! Saturdays Intergenerational Bible Study, 8:00–9:30 a.m. Pure Desire – Men’s Bible study, 9:00–10:30 a.m.
