Children’s Ministry (Birth-5th grade)
The Mission at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church is welcoming and loving our neighbors in response to God’s love. Our children’s ministry is a space where welcoming and loving our neighbors and each other happens. We are a safe place where everyone is welcomed and the love of Christ is shared with all.
This fall, we are starting off the year with Connect Kids at Home! Parents will be provided with the resources to do Sunday school at home. This includes Bible story teaching videos, Bible lessons you can do as a family, crafts, and music. Register now for Connect Kids at Home
Looking for opportunities to gather with others safely?
- Following the parking lot service each week, we invite children and families to stick around for an age-appropriate large group lesson (outside, weather permitting.) This will start Sunday, September 20. You may also bring along your Sunday school materials and do those together as a group.
- Since our church has families from all over the Twin Cities, we have community groups that gather for fellowship and growing together in their faith. To be added to a community group in your area, please send an email to Michelle Totten at email@example.com.
Questions? Contact our Children’s Minister, Michelle Totten, at firstname.lastname@example.org or Associate Pastor Ryan Alvey at email@example.com.
In mid-October we will re-evaluate, with the goal of returning in person to Connect Kids Sunday school as soon as possible!
